Representing 1,000,000 nuclear weapons and uranium workers, we are the nation’s strongest and sustained organization to recognize worker contributions. We continue to legislatively advocate to protect and expand benefits to other qualified workers and champion for their needs.

We keep members up-to-date on important topics through our welcome kit, newsletter, mailings, blog posts, website and emails. We also host local resource fairs and town hall-style meetings to share current benefit information and provide answers from specialized, local health-care professionals, program experts and government representatives.
Connection
CWP connects people to former coworkers, seasoned program advisors, and medical and legal professionals who are experts in the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and the Radiation Employee Compensation Act (RECA). We help workers navigate complex government processes so they can receive the cash compensation and health care for which they qualify.

Medical Screenings
Former and current nuclear weapons and uranium workers are eligible to receive free periodic medical screenings. These screenings are to detect any illnesses that may have come from exposure to radioactive or toxic substances in the workplace.
Healthcare
In-home health care is a desirable alternative to long-term care in nursing homes, hospices, or hospitals. And, you don’t have to be home bound or have a chronic, long-term condition to receive care through the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA).
